If you wish to delete your tsumugu account and related data, please use one of the methods below.

1. In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Via the form below: select "Account Deletion Request" in the Inquiry Type and submit
3. By email: support@tsumugu.tech

Upon receiving your request, we will complete deletion within 30 days and notify you by email.

Data to be deleted: Account information (name, email, phone), saved business card images and OCR data, contacts and network data, DM history, in-app settings and usage logs.

Data retained: Transaction records required by law (payment records, etc.) will be retained for the legally required period. Subscriptions must also be cancelled separately on the Google Play / App Store side.
